Roads and potholes

If you want to report potholes or you have any questions about the quality of roads, please immediately call Mumbai’s Muncipal Corporation central complaint toll-free number 1916 or complain online.

Keep track of the complain confirmation number, which you can use later to follow up with the BMC department. This is a good method to get potholes fixed in your area.

Also, if your road needs complete re-surfacing, writing to the local ward office can be slow and frustrating. For faster results you can complain directly in writing at:
